A commonly used workflow action is to request approval to complete an action for an employee. Common use cases for this would be to start offboarding of an employee and removing unused paid licenses. To do this you would use the "Request approval" action within a workflow.

This will send an email requesting the user to approve or decline a question. Here is a screenshot of what it could look like.

The email is configurable so you can choose the sender, recipients, subject line and email body. This is done in the workflow like below.

Whenever this action is triggered you will have visibility into the recipient's actions. Below you will be able to see if the workflow was completed and their response.
